Update Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Boot KDE Neon ISO in VirtualBox or using a Ventoy USB.
2. Go to the System Settings > General Behavior > Change the Drag and Drop to
"Move if on the same device"
3. Open Dolphin and create a new file in $HOME, then drag&drop that file right
into the same directory or to the desktop
3. Dolphin/Plasmashell crashes.
