SUMMARY
When trying to launch dolphin in mobile mode, it only works when $HOME is unset

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run PLASMA_PLATFORM=phone dolphin
2.  notice it doesnt work
3. run HOME= PLASMA_PLATFORM=phone dolphin instead
4. notice that it does work

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin is in desktop mode

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin is in mobile mode
