Thanks for the additional details. I installed the Kvantum Manager, enabled
Translucent windows, and set Reduce window opacity to 10%, but noticed it
doesn't work with color themes in the System Settings.

How are you installing the Kvantum themes on your system? Is it through System
Settings or the Kvantum Manager?
