Ahh, I thought they had the transparency on by default. However, it should be
possible to enable under "Compositing & General Look > Translucent windows",
then reducing window opacity.

Yeah, and I'm confused about where the issue is coming from now, since it seems
to happen in every Kvantum theme except Breeze-Kv specifically. I'm not sure if
the issue is in Kvantum or if Dolphin is doing something weird that Kvantum
doesn't expect.
