Actually, even after having set up the initial welcome procedure of KGpg,
there's still no key offered in the opened window, though kgpg claimed to
create a new key pair.

Even after closing the public key window and to choose to encrypt again via the
context menu, the public key window stays empty. To me this looks very broken.
