                    configurable

Multiple files with the same size + the last two rounded down and up in Plasma
6.3-beta.

SUMMARY
File sizes precision is too small (only one digit after the floating point) and
is not configurable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot KDE Neon or your Linux distro with Plasma
2. Navigate to a folder that has many files, better if there are many and some
really small or big too.
3. Click on the Size column header to sort them in whatever direction.

OBSERVED RESULT
1.Depending of how many files are in the folder, it's possible that a lot of
them will show like they have the same exact size, because Dolphin displays
just one digit after the floating point by default.
2. This is the default behavior and it's not possible to change it in the
settings.
3. The rounding seems to go both up and down, which is a bit confusing and
that's also cannot be changed in the settings.

EXPECTED RESULT
1. Have better precision / accuracy of file sizes by default (2 digits after
the floating point) like in Explorer (Windows), Qbittorrent program, My Files,
Material Files (Android apps).
2. Have a way in Dolphin's settings to configure how many digits should be
shown after the floating point. I prefer 2, but I would like to try precisions
between 3-7 digits after the floating point too.
I assume that for very lager files like 4K movies, optical disk images, hard
disk images and archives that can have tens to hundreds of gibibytes, more
digits of precision are needed to really be able to distinguish which files are
bigger than others.
Maybe not put an upper limit lower than 10 digits so everyone is happy and this
doesn't need to be changed again in the future to accommodate bigger file
sizes.
3. Have a way in Dolphin's settings to specific how the rounding should work,
like up, down or both ways.
The default precision, the custom precision and the custom rounding should
affect at least the sizes in: the Size column, the status bar at the bottom,
the file's properties and the copy / move file already existing pop-up window.
