STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-Clicked on "Recent Files" and "Recent Locations" on the left side of
Dolphin in order to configurate it. 
2. Right-Clicked on the space inside the folders to see if the shortcut is
there.

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no shortcut for "System Settings > Privacy and Security > Recent
Files" in the Context Menu.

EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to access "System Settings > Privacy and Security > Recent Files" by
Right-Clicking "Recent Files/Locations" on the left side of Dolphin, or by
Right-Clicking inside their folders.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm surprised that these two places are completely isolated since they're about
the same thing.
