Please hide that comment if you can, and forget you ever saw it. Basically,
what this bug was asking for was that when a user visits kcm_style and disables
all iconography in "Buttons", "Menus", and "Toolbars", disable it in Dolphin's
"Places" panel too, since it is a menu.
