Hi - I can reproduce on my Fedora KDE 42 device by creating a TIFF file from an
existing image. Thanks!

Moving to kio-extras since it appears to be more generally an issue with
thumbnailing (ex. this also occurs in open/save dialogs), sorry if that's the
wrong place!
