SUMMARY
Dolphin no longer shows folders, tabs, and window state from last time after
upgrading to Dolphin 25.04.0 and Frameworks 6.13.0.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In Dolphin settings, select 'Folders, tabs, and window state from last time'
for 'Show on startup'
2. Navigate to a random folder
3. Close Dolphin
4. Start Dolphin from Task Manager or KRunner
5. Observe
6. In Dolphin settings, select a random folder for 'Show on startup'
7. Close Dolphin
8. Start Dolphin from Task Manager or KRunner
9. Observe

OBSERVED RESULT
On both #5 and #9, Dolphin showed home folder on startup.

Additionally on #9, the 'Show on startup' folder setting was reset to home
folder too.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin respects 'Show on startup' setting.
