Even though this is apparently a duplicate of another bug report, it's status
has been mis-marked as RESOLVED FIXED. Even after Discover distro upgraded
Fedora from 41 to 42 a few moments ago, Dolphin 24.12.3 is still ignoring the
'Folders, tabs, and window state from last time' setting.
