SUMMARY
Dolphin version 24.13.2 is ignoring the setting 'Folders, tabs, and window
state from last time'.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. After starting Dolphin, switch to any folder and open tabs.
2. Close Dolphin.
3. Restart Dolphin.

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin starts in 'Home' folder.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin should start with previously open folder and all previously open tabs.
