Perhaps a bit more information helps. Even doing an ls on the command line will
hang the ls command. Timeout after 1-2 minutes. It appears some networking
subsystems hangs. Still, would it be possible to let Dolphin isolate the user
from such problems? Eg report a problem aftre 5 seconds, and let the user try
again. As it is now, I have to really reboot the pc to be able to use Dolphin
again, even on local directories. If the kde developers feel that this is not
possible or even desirable then please feel free to close this bug report.
