Recording of the bug.

SUMMARY
When opening a folder, Dolphin opens a window with an extra tab corresponding
to one of the already open tabs whenever the "Keep a single Dolphin window,
opening new folders in tabs" option is disabled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make sure the "Keep a single Dolphin window, opening new folders in tabs"
option is disabled.
2. Open an instance of Dolphin, if none is opened.
3. Open a different folder in Dolphin.

OBSERVED RESULT
A new window pops up, with two tabs: one being the folder that we've just
opened, and another one duplicating a tab from another window.

EXPECTED RESULT
A new window pops up with just one tab corresponding to the folder we've just
opened.
