I am not able to reproduce this with Dolphin 24.11.70 on git-master
or with Dolphin 24.08.1 on Plasma 6.1.5

I have a few questions to try to narrow down the problem

1. Have you installed any services in Dolphin (found under Menu - Configure -
Configure Dolphin - Context Menu)? If so, which ones?

2. Can you take a look at the attached video in bug 494581 and let me know if
you are seeing the same behavior with the mouse cursor?
