I am not able to reproduce this with Dolphin 24.11.70 on git-master
or with Dolphin 24.08.1 on Plasma 6.1.5

I notice your notes say this is Fedora 41 workstation with KDE Plasma 4.2. Is
that correct?

Also, had you installed any services in Dolphin (found under Menu - Configure -
Configure Dolphin - Context Menu)?
