set this one as the duplicate.

I wanted to fix the second one myself and after fixing it on master a few hours
ago I found out that there was already a fix for it but it wasn't yet... At
least I came up with the same solution.

Also I looked for existing bug reports before but didn't find any until I found
the commits that fix the issue.
