SUMMARY
The language in Dolphin is English, although it is set to German.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin.
2. Open Settings/Configure Language from the menu
3. Compare the Language shown in settings with language in menues and context
menus.

OBSERVED RESULT
The language in Dolphin in all menues and context menues is English, although
it is set to German.

EXPECTED RESULT
Language should be German.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've switched the language settings to English, restarted Dolphin, set the
language again back to German, restarted Dolphin, no change. Still English.
