Indeed.

It does not occur with "single-click to open" or if you use the ENTER key to
open a file.

It only occurs (as a new bug) if you are using "double-click to open".

This might not be Dolphin-specific (maybe it's from a Plasma/Qt update), but
it's the most obvious application to demonstrate this bug.
