SUMMARY

The file previewer in the information panel of Dolphin renders invisible SVG
layers as visible.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
------------------
1. Install
https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/40/Spins/x86_64/iso/Fedora-KDE-Live-x86_64-40-1.14.iso
2. Install
https://fedora.pkgs.org/40/fedora-updates-x86_64/dolphin-24.08.0-1.fc40.x86_64.rpm.html
3. Enable the "Information" panel.
4. Use it to preview the to-be-attached SVG file.
5. Invoke the relevant SVG in Inkscape.
OBSERVED RESULT
---------------
The portions of the cogs which are visible in Inkscape are visible in the
preview pane.
EXPECTED RESULT
---------------
They should render the same.
