SUMMARY
Dolphin always assumes that the recycle bin is full even it's empty. When one
open Dolphin, for 1-2 seconds the recycled bin is shown as full and then it
empties itself (just the picture ofc).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin.
2. Look at the recycled bin icon.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
At start the recycle bin is full and after 1-2 seconds it empties itself.
