I just did, I don't believe that this should be a requirement to have a file
contents indexer running in order to display what is visible on a dolphin
properties detail pane. For the sake of testing, I turned it on. Dimensions
showed up for some images, but not all--both jpg and png.

I am attaching a small png (raptors.png) as an example image that dolphin is
not showing the dimensions of.
