file transfer progress window

SUMMARY
When Dolphin is installed as flatpak, file transfer progress appears in a pop
up window (see attachment) instead of notification tray. Allowing access to
D-Bus session bus fixes this issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Copy and paste a large folder


OBSERVED RESULT
Transfer progress appears in a seperate window

EXPECTED RESULT
Transfer progress appears as a notification

Workaround for this bug:
`flatpak run --socket=session-bus org.kde.dolphin`
