[dolphin] [Bug 480265] Setting language to English but still get mix with default Windows language and English

I am getting notifications on my mail about this issue.

On my Windows machine I am now using Dolphin 24.07.70 (all others Dolphin
versions I have tested have more bugs that this one, that is why I am using it)
and in step 6 from bug report and I see everything in English as expected.

Don't know if there was some fix for this issue or I have changed something, I
don't remember anymore. But this is not an issue in my case.
If someone else can reproduce this, then bug should stay open. If not, we can
close it down.
