This should now be fixed by the combination of

and
https://invent.kde.org/system/dolphin/-/commit/b30eabbee26b1a2189170571e49bc86c0a49d334
. The latter also changes the styling on Windows to be closer to the Linux
version which wasn't really a goal but the easiest way to accomplish dark mode
working.

These fixes are available in Dolphin 24.05 and later which is the version that
was just released a few days ago, however I haven't looked into how long it
takes for it to then become available as a Windows download.

Glad you are enjoying Dolphin on Windows! It unfortunately doesn't get as much
testing as the Linux version, so sorry for any issues you encounter.
