SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use an icon theme having utilities-terminal-symbolic.svg and
utilities-terminal.svg icons. 
2. right click on a folder to display the context menu.

OBSERVED RESULT
The icon associated to the "Open terminal here" action displays the
utilities-terminal.svg icon.

EXPECTED RESULT
The icon associated to the "Open terminal here" action displays the
utilities-terminal-symbolic.svg icon.
