SUMMARY

In Wayland: When dragging an item from one view (F3) or window to another, the
folder does not open, even if "View->Open folders during drag operations" has
been selected in dolphin config.  Works as expected in X, and within a view.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Select "View->Open folders during drag operations"
2.  Either press F3 (for two views), or open two windows.
3. Drag a file from one view/window over a folder in the other.

OBSERVED RESULT

Folder is highlighted but nothing further happens.

EXPECTED RESULT

After a delay, the folder should open and show its contents.
