[dolphin] [Bug 484449] A file not visible (although not hidden)

While playing with Dolphin settings, I clicked 'show hidden files' and the file
showed up.
Previously, I toggled ALT+. and nothing was happening. 

For some reason, the file is, in fact, hidden. It's a copy of another file that
is not hidden, does not start with a dot...
