is it possible to have in  dolphin settings a feature as Konsol or kate:
increase tab width to window width ?
 This improvement is needed for people who desire a fixed width
[421141](https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=421141)
 or people like me who do not like to play to much with their mouse & more
consistent/coherent with other kde app
