In dolphin-23.08.5-1.fc39.x86_64, I still have to F5 to refresh. If I create a
few in a subdirectory of a directory that is being displayed, and I create a
file in the subdirectory, it doesn't update the caret or the number of items in
the subdirectory unless I use F5.
