I have around 120K tagged images, with individual distinct tags totalling
around 18.9K.

Can't really do that since the tags the files have are matching external
services. For example, I download an artwork tagged 'landscape' from, let's
say, art station, I have a program that tags the file on my machine with that
same exact tag. Also, don't really want to sit around retagging 120K+ files.
