When i open root dir with dolphin as administrator i can't create anything

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open root dir as administrator in dolphin
2. tray to create something (file or folder)
3. it's impossibile

OBSERVED RESULTl
left click is unusable

EXPECTED RESULT
able to create
