When trying to navigate files and folders in any directory with the Orca screen
reader turned on, there is a consistent lag (a second or more) that impedes
quick and efficient navigation.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn the screen reader on.
2. Open Dolphin.
3. Try to navigate files and folders with the left and right arrows
OBSERVED RESULT
There is a consistent lag that does not allow a smooth navigation.
EXPECTED RESULT
This lag should not be present at all.
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.0

Graphics Platform: X11, although this happens on Wayland as well.

This is some other information that suggests that this might be a problem
either related to Dolphin or QT: "Exception in get_child_count: atspi_error:
The process appears to be hung.".
