I can still reproduce this on one of my systems (but not on the other) even
after deleting all of ~/.config/{dolphin,kglobalshortcuts,khotkeys}rc. More
specifically, in Dolphin's "Configure Keyboard Shortcuts" menu, when I rebind
the Split action, the new keybind opens split view as expected, but so does F3.
Dolphin also stops showing the "ambiguous shortcuts" warning when Split is not
bound to F3. However, when trying to bind the Split action back to F3, Dolphin
complains that it's already in use... by the Split action. Similarly, I can't
bind any other actions to F3 either. Resetting all the shortcuts via the
"Defaults" button appears to successfully bind Split back to F3, but then
Dolphin starts showing the "ambiguous shortcuts" warning on start again.
