Indeed it is a bit unfortunate that setups like yours are still affected by
this crash. The problem is that this crash wasn't introduced by a change in
Dolphin, but by a change in the software Dolphin depends on. Qt 6.7 to be
exact. So we released a Dolphin version that didn't crash originally and later
Qt was updated on distributions that still used the same Dolphin version. We
have promptly changed Dolphin so it no longer crashes, but we couldn't update
the previously shipped Dolphin version anymore.
This crash will no longer happen once the Dolphin 24.05 version arrives on your
system. I'll mark this bug report as a duplicate of the already solved bug
report which first reported this crash.
