STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. connect and mount a usb flash drive
3. copy a large file to your device
4. after Plasma notifying that file copy is finished, safely unmount the flash
drive - observe the spinner beside your device in the Places panel of Dolphin
5. while the device is safely unmounted, open a new instance of Dolphin by
pressing meta+e

OBSERVED RESULT
the new instance of Dolphin does not show the spinner beside your device

EXPECTED RESULT
the spinner should be present in new instances of Dolphin
