Never heard of this service.
I have:
$ sudo systemctl | grep home
  home.mount                                                                   
 loaded active mounted   /home

I have no systemd-homed.service to be found.
I don't know if this helps. That's as far as I can go (I basically hate
systemd, but it's hard to avoid it these days).
