SUMMARY
On updating to gear 24.05.2, the right hand side info panel in Dolphin  is
missing, the shortcut (F11) does not work. I could not find a way to get is
back. Downgrading Dolphin back to 24.05.1 it all works fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to 24.05.2
2. The right hand info panel is missing, and the F11 shortcut does not work.

OBSERVED RESULT
The right hand info panel is missing and I cannot find the setting to enable
it.

EXPECTED RESULT
The panel should still work after the update.
