I've reproduced it in KDE Neon User Edition with Plasma 5.27.10.
To me it's one of the worst bugs lately, especially at a moment when Plasma 5
would be used by people not jumping to 6 yet due to potential stability
problems or build difficulties or simply reliability reasons. 5 should be
parked in relatively good condition.
