[dolphin] [Bug 479950] Where is the information panel in KDE Plasma 6.1 Dev??

Nothing works.
I had installed this:
apt install baloo-kf6 libkf6balooengine6 libkf6baloo6
apt install kf6-baloo kf6-baloowidgets
But still no F11 to show information panel. Indeed it's even appears when I go
to View -> Show panels
There, only appears:
- Locals F9
- Folders F7
- Terminal F4
- Show hidden locals (in gray)
<separator>
- Unlock Panels

And still, when using X11, the panels gone when minimize and restore the
window.

Is there any more thing that I need to do?
