SUMMARY
Where is the information panel in KDE Plasma 6.1 Dev??

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Dolphin
2.  Press F11 
3.  No Information panel appears

OBSERVED RESULT
No Information panel appears after press F11

EXPECTED RESULT
Hope information panel appears afeter press F11, which already works fine!
Always works!
