It seems it's trying to read some state from the config, but fails.

There's three different items for Dolphin related data, I guess you could try
once more deleting/renaming them:

~/.cache/dolphin

~/.local/share/dolphin

~/.config/dolphinrc

Try moving/deleting all these three and see if it helps? I am at loss what else
it could be.
