Dolphin just crashed at creating a copy of the file in the same directory. I
just draged and dropped a text file, the context menu was shown where you can
choose from various options (Copy here, Link here and Cancel) and then, when I
choose the first option Copy here, Dolphin has crashed.

The reporter is unsure if this crash is reproducible.
