SUMMARY
After certain criteria is met, khamburger menu need to be clicked nearly 5 or
more times to open the menu.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin.
2. Open configure toolbars
3. Now click on Khamburger menu of dolphin.

OBSERVED RESULT
Menu click doesn't effect the button for certain clicks.

EXPECTED RESULT
Khamburger menu should be clickable without any delay clicks.


SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Tested on plasma 6.1 dev from neon unstable. 
I am on wayland.
