I can't reproduce this personally - however, this is the same symptom, with the
opposite triggering condition, as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=491307 .

That one was after the menu had popped up multiple times, this one is only on
the first instance - are these perhaps the same issue?
