Hi John,

Yes, I was wrong, it's the "copy" (white "+" on green circle) by default, and
when pressing "Ctrl".
But this is also this "copy" cursor when pressing,  "Ctrl+Shift", when it
should display the "link" cursor.
When pressing "Shift", the cursor is the grabbing/closed hand, as expected.
