Hi - Arch/Manjaro seem to not follow one of the KDE Plasma packaging
recommendations, which is to have qt6ct conflict in the package manager with
plasma-integration to prevent both from being installed at the same time.

Does this bug reproduce if you uninstall qt6ct, make sure plasma-integration is
installed, and test on a freshly created user account?
