[dolphin] [Bug 471099] Tags can't be renamed nor be deleted

Never mind, it disappears, because it wasn't assigned to any file:

1) Open "All Tags" in left panel in Dolphin
2) Right click into the view, create a new folder(!)

This folder becomes a new tag! Hit F5, the tag is gone or rename the tag and
get the error mentioned above. :)
