The bug with renaming a tag has changed, but the user will still see an error
when attempting to rename a tag
Reproduced with Dolphin 24.08.3 and git-master

File indexing must be enabled for tags to show up

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a file in Dolphin
2. In the preview pane, click Add next to Tags, enter the name Test as the new
tag
3. Click on All tags in the lower left hand corner of Dolphin
4. Right click the tag Test and click rename, enter a new name (like Fred)

Result: A dolphin error
"The file or folder tags:/Tags does not exist" <OK>
Also, the tag Type changes to a Tag Fragment in the main panel
The tag is still shown as "Test" in the lower left

Also, if you click on All tags, the tag name changes back to Test in the main
pane on the right.
