SUMMARY
Dragging a file when pressing Ctrl+Shift (to link it) displays the "move"
(green cross) cursor instead of "link" cursor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag a file
2. Press Ctrl+Shift during dragging

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor is still the same "move" cursor.

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor should be the "link" cursor.
